Lady University consists of Personal Development Life Coaching - both individual and group - and coursework designed to help women become the very best versions of themselves starting with their relationship with themselves.
It has become Lauren’s life’s mission to help build and nurture healthy relationships amongst women that will ultimately impact the world as a result. It is her hopes, that Hey Mz. Lady would serve as a global support system for women to motivate, empower, encourage and share their lives with other women in today’s global society.
Lauren’s passion for serving women began when she was a clinician working for Chicago’s top social service agency as their Domestic Violence Therapist and Community Educator. Under this title, Lauren gave individual and family therapy for victims and their children, lead women empowerment groups, ran teen and adults dating violence seminars/workshops, taught Domestic Violence educational classes and conducted outreach presentations on the importance of Domestic Violence awareness.
Adding to her working history, Lauren also served as a Mental Health Consultant providing therapeutic and referral services to children and their families that participated in Head Start/Early Head Start programs throughout the city of Chicago. Lauren lives by the motto to whom much is given much is required, which is why giving back to her community and helping others live their absolute best lives is a top priority within her own personal journey. Simply living an ordinary life won’t do for this young lady and she challenges others to embrace this same mindset each and every day.
